Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases of products and services offered by ElianCodes BV, including the CatStandup application. Payments are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle, who handles billing, invoicing and tax on our behalf.
1. Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed per seat on a recurring monthly basis. You can cancel at any time from your workspace billing settings; your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period and is not renewed afterwards. We do not provide pro-rated refunds for the unused portion of a billing period unless required by law.
2. 14-day money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied with a new paid subscription, contact us within 14 days of the first payment and we will refund that payment in full. This applies to the initial purchase of a plan, not to subsequent renewals.
3. One-time purchases (digital goods)
Premium avatar packs and other one-time digital purchases are delivered to your account immediately. As these are digital goods made available instantly, they are generally non-refundable once purchased. If a pack is faulty, fails to unlock, or was charged in error, contact us and we will fix it or refund it.
4. Consumer right of withdrawal (EU/EEA)
Where you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you may have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. For digital content and services that begin immediately, this right ends once delivery or performance has started with your consent. Statutory consumer rights are not affected by this policy.
5. How to request a refund
Email us from the address associated with your account, including your workspace name and the charge in question. We aim to respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via Paddle.
6. Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first — we can almost always resolve it faster than a bank dispute.
